The Ebony Concert Grand Piano (Pro) contains dual mic perspectives. With 12 velocity layers of mic perspective 1, and 8 velocity layers of perspective 2, along with piano effects and 3 layers of true staccato in both perspectives, this grand piano sample library has more versatility than the (basic) package.
Totaling just over 18GB of data (8GB download), the Pro version contains over 4500 unique samples.
Microphone perspective 1 was recorded from the player's perspective, 2 inches from the sound-board, for a warm sound, and perspective 2 was recorded directly inside the instrument, for a clean sound.
Included in the Ebony Concert Grand (Pro) package, you will find the following instruments:
Mic Perspective 1 (2 inches from the soundboard, for a larger-than-life sound): Ebony Concert Grand Piano P1 16: (16 layer baby grand piano with perspective 1)
White Fantasy Grand: (low-velocity dark samples only)
Ebony Concert Grand FX P1: (piano performance effects, pedal sounds, lid open and close, direct string glissandos at perspective 1)

This is a sampled piano instrument made from raw recordings of a real Fazioli F278 Concert Grand.
